A chimpanzee walks on all fours, resting on the knuckles of its front limbs – knuckle-walking is unique to chimps and gorillas. The model clearly shows the long arms, heavy shoulders and thick hair on the back. It is a calmer, more natural pose than the upright chimp, and the two figures together make a small family scene.
The model is 1/24 scale, which corresponds to 75mm in hobby terms. The chimpanzee stands on all fours without a base.
The hair is black to dark brown, with bare skin on the face, palms and soles:

How big is the figure?
A chimpanzee on all fours stands about 70–80 cm at the shoulder. At 1/24 scale the model is roughly 3 cm tall.
Is the figure painted?
No. The figure comes unpainted in a single resin colour – the colours in the photos show how it can look once painted.
Does it need any preparation before painting?
The model is cleaned and cured after printing and the supports are removed. We recommend applying a primer before painting – paint adheres better and the details stand out.
When will you ship it?
If it is already printed, it ships right away. If not, we print it and ship it within 7 days of your order; with bank transfer, within 7 days of receiving your payment.
